Meet the Founder & CEO: Jacquelyn Ahrenberg
Jacque brings over 24 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, strategic planning, and development leadership to her role as the founder and CEO of Resolute Nonprofit Consulting.
Before founding Resolute eight years ago, Jacque served as the sole development officer for several small nonprofits, leading capital campaigns, major and planned giving initiatives, special events, and annual giving programs.
At Resolute, Jacque and her team partner with mission-driven organizations across various sectors, including arts & culture, human services, rural, and tribal nonprofits, to build sustainable funding systems, strengthen internal capacity, and align funding strategies with their missions.
Her leadership at Resolute is rooted in equity, data-informed fundraising, and systems-level thinking. Her approach emphasizes partnering deeply with nonprofits, not just as a consultant but as a steward of long-term sustainability. She believes in creating resilient funding ecosystems, fostering donor trust, and aligning strategies with mission-driven impact.

Chariti recently joined Resolute in 2024 as Associate Director, but has been in the nonprofit world since graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Youth, Adult and Family Services. In the past 20 + years she has worked in community-focused roles in Arizona, ranging from working on behalf of pregnant and unhoused individuals, as well as addressing food insecurity. Chariti has successfully managed large teams and spearheaded high-impact programs, consistently delivering transformative results for the communities she serves.

Samantha enjoys empowering nonprofits, local governments, and tribes to meet their goals and is passionate about advancing projects that help create more sustainable and just communities for the future. She earned a Master’s in Sustainability Solutions from Arizona State University and is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation.
