Resolute Nonprofit Consulting is committed to being actively antiracist and inclusive in all aspects of our work. We believe in partnering with organizations that serve diverse communities, and we recognize that access to funding, support, and visibility has historically been shaped by systems of inequity. Our mission is to help nonprofits grow sustainably while centering equity, inclusion, and justice at every stage.
We are a team of professionals with varied backgrounds and lived experiences, united by the belief that every organization, and every community they serve, deserves to be seen, respected, and supported. We are intentional in creating a consulting space where clients, collaborators, and communities feel safe, valued, and heard, regardless of race, gender identity, orientation, or ability.
